I don't know. I didn't really have a lot of friends growing up. It was only Junie and Simon who were my friends when I was younger.

And when I went to Europe and went to school there, I was so focused on studying law and psychology that I didn't really have time to make friends.

But now. . . [ A beat, and she puts her face closer to the camera. ] I've got a lot of time to make up for my lost childhood! I think I'm doing well by making friends with everyone. Don't you think?

I was actually very quiet when I was seven. I didn't like going out, so I only stayed at home and played with my robot friends.

I wouldn't mind playing robot friends when I hit twenty.

What's it like growing up with a robot friend? How is it different from a person?

Not different at all. The robots I knew had hearts.
