[ one thing that merlin probably doesn't know about athena is how much she values silence. not that anything can ever be totally quiet with her when she can hear heartbeats and the like, but not talking and just enjoying the moment together is just as important as talking and having a conversation. ]

Slowly, while she's still leaning on him, he moves his hand to gently pull on her calf and spin her a little so her side is against the bubbles and her legs are over his lap. This way she gets the best of both worlds. ]
