[ She nods, then looks around to make sure none of the other patrons and waitresses are nearby. Then she leans in to whisper: ]

There was this pyramid guy... and a computer? It looked like a computer.

[He visibly winces at that, and begrudgingly writes it down.]

Ugh.. sorry you had to see that. But at least that clears up what kind of dream you had... it's really strange that you saw one of my memories, though. [Does that mean his dream was a memory too..]

By the way, if you ever meet that pyramid guy, don't under any circumstance let him into your mind. Obviously you've seen what kind of things he can do.. it's just not a good idea to get mixed up with him.

What exactly is that pyramid guy? Is he some kind of alien? A Flamine?!

Well, he calls himself "a being of pure energy with no weakness", but I'd say he's more like a demon. He lives in something called the "dreamscape", only existing on the same plain of the mind. He enters dreams, he can steal memories and as you saw, take over bodies.. I don't know what else he's capable of, but I'm sure he's got a lot more power than what I've seen. [It scares him to think of what else Bill could do to someone...]

Here, I've got a little bit of information about him from someone else who had an encounter with him before. [He pulls out a journal from under his vest, flipping the pages for a moment, before setting it in front of her to show this entry.]

[ Looking at it very intensely, and clicks on her necklace to take a picture of it. There's a clicking noise and the screen of it flashes red once. ]

I'll remember that. He seems scary.

About Bill? Not really. I mean, I don't really know that much more about him myself, so I couldn't tell you anything else even if I wanted to. [He shrugs.]

Just remember to never trust him no matter what he says, and if he doesn't leave you alone then tell me and I'll get rid of him for you.

Did you see anything about me?

Um... yeah. That's why I called you in the first place. [He takes his journal, shoving it back into his vest.]

I thought it was weird to have a dream about someone I've never met, so I wanted to see if you had involvement with the paranormal or something like that. But I think I'm starting to get an idea about what's going on now. [He rubs the back of his head then, feeling a bit awkward.]

If what you dreamed about was a memory of mine, then it's probably safe to say I saw a memory of yours too, right?

Maybe we're connected by Mabel. I saw her in my dream... but I doubt she's the reason for it.

[ A beat. ]

No, I think I'd know if my twin sister had some weird, abnormal power or something.

And, uh... [It was honestly kind of really surprising, and left Dipper feeling scared and uncomfortable. And the thought that it was a memory...]

Well, there was a lot of... [Should he even bring up something so gruesome?]

[ Well, she's a lawyer so she's seen scene of the crimes with blood splatters and whatnot.

She cocks her head to the side, but the mention of blood makes her tense, and Dipper can see it as her shoulder stiffen. ]

Was there a body?

Yes... and no. I-it was kind of a blur, and I don't remember everything that happened. [Seeing her tense makes him feel all the more guilty for bringing this up, but.. it's probably something she needs to know, right?]

But- but I remember you being pretty young while it happened? Like maybe around my age?

Oh no...

[ Looks like she already knows. ]

Was there a man in a mask?

Man in a mask? [He thinks for a moment, before shaking his head.]

I don't remember seeing anyone like that. But I did see a guy with black hair? I think he was being convicted for... murder, and you tried standing up for him.

... You didn't see the real thing.

[ That just makes her really sad, and her necklace turns into a deep blue colour. ]

Real thing...? [That's a little.. strange. Both her words and her necklace changing color like that.]
