but ah... he gives her a smile then. ] I am pretty great.

Of course you are.

[ as if she can even disagree with him??? she looks at him with so much love in her eyes before she kisses him. her movements are pretty slow so he can push her away if he doesn't want it. she'd just give him a really tight hug again if he did. ]

[ Why the hell would he push her away? He just tips his head a bit to make it easier, letting her sink against him as much as she wants while the kiss descends into something slow and solid. ]

[ she does end up leaning against him some more as she melts into the kiss. one of her hands move up to his hair, stroking it gently. she wants to tell him she loves him over and over, but she'll let her kisses do that for her, instead. ]

[ She can't do that for too long though either, as he pulls his mouth away to just nuzzle her when the kisses linger for too long. Ah. ]

[ ah... well then. she'll just say it!!!! she doesn't feel bad about it anymore when he does pull away, understanding where he's coming from. better not accidentally pressure him into anything, anyway. ]

[ Best girlfriend tbh. ] Hey? [ He's smiling with her though when he glances at her face, letting that same gaze drop to her lips where his thumb grazes. ] What is it?

[ she looks down at where his hand is tbh, and just looks at it for a while before she looks back up at him. ]

I'm really glad we met.

[ His fingers just splay across her skin as he watches as well, and look...at least with this she knows he does want to keep kissing her, he just knows it's a bad idea. ]

When you need to, or want to go back home, just tell me, okay?

[ because she realises too that he was probably doing something. or whatever. who knows. it's a bit too late to ask what he was doing before clonco showed up at his front door. besides, it's getting a bit late now, anyway. ]

[ He shifts just slightly to peek at her face, half preparing to be smacked when he mumbles out: ] I am home.

[ skdjakd no... as if she can smack him like this when she's so flustered that she can't even speak or move. widget isn't even on her to say anything. ]

H- Huh? You-- Merlin...

[ Probably for the best, who knows what widget would say at a time like this. ]

Hmm? [ He doesn't even think anything weird of it, instead smoothing his hand up and down her back gently, eyes dipping to her shoulder so he can admire her hair and how she looks in the dress. ]

[ she looks down with a pout. merlin's still leading in the scoreboard, it looks like. how dare he!!! ]

Mm... You're such an apple.

[ at least she didn't call him a boob this time around. ]

[ She isn't that far behind now... god. ]

[ ah. miss orange... that's new. which only reminds her-- ]

We still have to bake stuff together.

[ well, yes, she does like oranges, but it's still new!!! ]

I think I'm going to be busy these next couple of weeks at work, but I can let you know when I get a day off?

[ she lifts a hand to cup his cheek, thumb stroking it softly. she's fighting a really goofy smile too, but she really can't help it. ]

I just want to do everything with you.

[ His eyes flutter a little when her thumb slides over his skin, a dumb smile of his own starting to surface as a laugh bubbles up. ]

We can probably try to do it.

[ she leans in for another quick kiss on the lips. she just can't get enough of him, honestly. 2thirsty. ]

I'd like that.

[ she closes her eyes and just takes everything in. her heart is beating so fast. with the moons being full and the gardens being such a nice place, she thinks the atmosphere is so romantic. this was a surprise meant for him, and she definitely didn't expect her emotions to overload on her as well. ]

Let's make a list. When we have time.

Maybe tomorrow night, we'll see. [ When she closes her eyes he lets his own flutter, appreciating how gorgeous she looks, how calm this is, how the sounds of ripples in the water and the gentle breeze help make the mood too. ]
