[ AT LEAST SHE WON'T REALISE aldjalf lord jesus but ah...

instead of letting his palm stay flat on her tummy though, she pushes it up a bit so her fingers can entwine with his. she lets out a breathy sigh to just take this all in. she would have been happy with just something like this last night, you know...

it's still a bit dark and she really can't see the tank very well, but watching the fish move is so calming. it's why she decides to sleep again. she won't be going out for a jog today, anyway. she never does when merlin is around (sorry, soleil), but she gives him a soft kiss on the head before closing her eyes. ]

[ In his sleep he makes a soft sound as her hand moves to hold his. His eyes briefly flutter from the warmth like this and he even shifts up slightly to kiss the side of her neck. He nuzzles his nose there, smiles when he feels her fall back into a slumber too. He nudges his arm underneath her just so he can wrap his arms around her. ]

[ she arches her back a bit to make space for his arm only to rest and relax back shortly after. she wants to roll to her side and be closer to him but she doesn't want him to react negatively again. :( it's a new day and everything should be bright and sunny!! ]

[ Athena please... He's too groggy to care right now either way. Like when he finally opens his eyes he can only see her face anyway. His hand reaches up to brush through her hair, and he looks at her adoringly like he doesn't remember last night at all (it's a temporary thing but while the covers are there...it's easy to forget.

Finally, there's a soft murmur of: ] Morning...

[ she doesn't open her eyes right away, taking in low his voice is because he's probably still groggy. the greeting is nice, too. she's said it countless times now but she really, really likes waking up next to him. she smiles when she turns to face him, opening her eyes slowly at the same time. ]

Hey.

[ His eyes are barely open but it's enough to see her face and smile when she turns towards him. His hand moves to slide up her back and into her hair before he presses their foreheads together. ]

Did you sleep okay? [ Well it's one way of edging last night's disaster without bringing it up but ah... ]

[ she bites her lip so she doesn't grin too widely, and once she does force herself to not make a goofy face, she answers with: ]

I have the bracelet, remember?

[ what a cutie... He leans a little to kiss where her teeth bit before, then smiles back at her. ]

Good. [ He has to turn his face away a bit to yawn a little, huddling into her again after. ] I don't wanna get up.

[ But he's already up technically c8;;;; ]

[ well, that isn't a problem lbr. just staying in bed all day with him would be great too. ]

We can just go to the waterpark in the afternoon.

[ and ah... lord why. at least... morning boners go down naturally... (i wouldn't know i'm not a dude) ]

[ Athena please... You wanted the water park and aquarium! He shakes his head slightly. ] just late morning is fine. What time is it?

[He shifts a little then to check the watch on his wrist, squinting at the time. It's still only around 8:43am though anyway. Ah.

And no, according to yahoo it doesn't go down naturally... it's okay though, they have a bathroom fjdmfs ]

[ it's a good thing he checks the time, because she's so comfortable in her spot right now that she doesn't want to turn around to grab her cerevice to check. ]

Okay, that's fine too. Did you sleep well?

[ now it's her turn to nuzzle in against him, giving him an eskimo kiss. ]

[ A soft sound slips out of his throat at the nuzzle, and without thinking about it his leg shifts closer to her, curling her closer. ]

...not at first. But. [ He bites his lip then, burying his face against her neck. Ah. ] Sorry... About last night. You startled me. [ And he was awake until 2/3am thinking about it. Ah. ]

Mm, that's okay. The lady said you'd like it, though. That's why I thought-- [ she just lets out a soft groan. ] I'll just get rid of it.

[ He coughs lightly then, flushing because. Ah. Thanks, Athena. ] It wasn't that. I just. Felt dirty because... Well I... Y'know.

[ APPARENTLY SHE DOESN'T ]

[ and yet they've done stuff?!?! does he not feel dirty when things Happen, then!!! she can't exactly say that that was the point though, so she just wiggles down a but until she can give him a soft and gentle kiss on the lips. ]

It's fine. Just-- Do you want to go back to sleep?

[ Well, a little...yes. So let's not go into that, okok... It's supposed to be for married people, Athena?!

He gives her a smile when she wiggles down for a kiss, and his own hand crawls from her back to cup her cheek. ]

I'm happy like this.

[ she nuzzles his palm this time before moving closer and this time she's the one who tucks herself under his neck. the half hug she gives him may just be a bit too forceful that he's pushed onto his back, though. ]

You're so silly.

[ which means she's flustered now but doesn't really have the energy to smack him. ]

[ He doesn't expect it which is why he falls onto his back. He lets out a soft groan, laughing faintly but ah Athena... Be careful. ]

Who's the silly one now?

[ Though he's definitely trying to shift so she doesn't realise...things... Sweats. ]

[ she's laughing now too. not boisterous or anything, but just soft giggling. ]

Still you. It's always been you.

[ What a cutie... He tries to pull her up a little now so he can give her a quick kiss. ]

So what does that make you?

[ that only makes her hug him now though. it's not a tight hug but she does try to squeeze him a bit. ]

You do call me weird. I guess that answers that.

[ He bites the corner of his lip. ]

Well this is a little weird. [ His hands shift until he can give the hem of her nightie. ] but not in a bad way. It works the same.

[ :( she just wanted to surprise him. ]

I didn't bring normal clothes for bed.

[ He breathes in deeply through his nose. ]

How am I going to control myself like this? [ Ah, it's a super quiet mumble but there's no way she'll miss it.
