While staring. Amy the NPC probably wolf whistles from the side, too. Someone else probably whispers "get a room" to their friend. Ah. He does ignore that by focusing on his wine, swirling it in the glass before taking another sip. ]

Did you want to order a different dessert?

[ she shakes her head before taking the last piece of the cake. the only reason why she's being weird and doing this is because of that box in the room. she might have violently reacted when she saw it but now she's thinking about sex and she wants him to think about it too.

[ nevermind that hotel room snacks are much more expensive, but ah... ]

[ Sadly macarons need to be kept fresh in a fridge but pocky is definitely in his bag! Along with biscuits and mini packaged cakes. ]

[ hopefully there are a lot of snacks to last them two days. when she went to the waterpark with ryuko and the others, their food was cooked by archer so they didn't really have to spend for anything. this time though... ]

I brought some playing cards and some board games, though. Just in case we run out of things to do.

[ but tbh they probably won't use any ah...she does notice his glass empty now, so she decides to down the rest of her wine. at least it isn't a full glass that she drinks straight this time. ]

[ It depends on how hungry they get after a bangathon-- wait. But no, really, it should be fine. Should be. ]

We could do that. I mean, we have two nights here so there's a lot of free time.

Turns out they chipped a little off the wine as a present too?! What kind of hotel is this--

Once he's paid though he takes the remainder of the wine in one hand, hand reaching for hers with the other. ]

I didn't want you to wait.

[ and drinking wine normally takes time! but ah... at least the bill has been paid for now!! she sets the table napkin aside and takes his hand before standing up. when he gets up, the waiters and other customers start cheering and giving him applause. WOW...

and she thought the stuff they did earlier was okay, but COME ON, GUYS this is just too much! which is why she ends up grabbing merlin by the wrist to pull him and run. ]

It's fin-- [ Ah... he stumbles when she takes his hand, partly because of surprise from the applause too. It means he really does almost trip up over his own feet when she pulls him into a run.

[ Thankfully his thumb is holding the cork for the wine so it doesn't splash up when they run... ]

[ once they're out of the restaurant and are somewhere in the floor's hallway, she stops to try and catch her breath. she huffs and gasps for air as she speaks. ]

[ He's panting a little from the shock of it, and even glances back at the restaurant wondering how this even happened. ]

Was it really that bad?

Just awkward?

[ the receptionist at the restaurant just waves at merlin cheerily when he looks back, though. ]

I mean, it was already awkward before, but they didn't have to do that.

[ He gives her a half smile at that, glancing back at Athena after. ]

What would make it less awkward?

[ but, whatever!! she's breathing fine now, so she adjusts her side ponytail and dusts off her dress. ]

Do you want to go back now?

[ she's not sure if there's even anything to see in this hotel, but if he wants to look around, then they could do that. if he wants to go back to the room, then that's okay too. ]

[ He laughs out of a breath at that. ]

I don't mind, they might have more tanks, but we have one in our room too.

[ now she's just flustered again THANKS!! which is why instead of taking his hand again, she just crosses her arms and looks away with a pout. ]

[ Sorry, Athena, but this time he has to lift a hand to hide a smile. ]

[ Well before she stops pouting he tries to catch it in a kiss. ]
